The Terms and Conditions for Cornwall Paddleboard Co. Suppliers of stand up paddleboards in Cornwall and the South West. Stand Up Paddleboards for sale and hire.

We ask that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions which apply whenever you buy goods from the Cool Canvas Tent Company online because they explain important information about the basis on which we sell goods to you. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

In these Terms:

"Goods" means the goods which we will supply to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

"Order" means an order that you place with us detailing the goods you wish to buy from us.

"You/Your" means you, the person using Our Website and/or buying Goods from Us.

PLACING AN ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

Placing an order is very straightforward. Changes can be made to the contents of your basket at any stage by clicking the basket at the top right hand side of the screen on each web page.

Once you are happy with your selection you can proceed to the one page checkout and finalise the order details.

When finalising your order you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Having submitted your order you will then receive a confirmation of your order by email. This email will confirm your order number, the items you have ordered and the delivery address. If you do find that there are any mistakes please contact us as soon as possible.

If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Neither submitting an electronic order form, nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. Your contract with us begins on despatch of your order.  We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person.

We may contact you by telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and despatch your order or we may be unable to accept it.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

At Cornwall Paddleboard Co. we make every effort to ensure that prices and products shown on the website are up to date and complete. The price charged for an item is the price as listed at the time the order is placed. Inevitably there may be some price fluctuations or a product may become unavailable. In this event you will be notified promptly and offered the option to choose another item or to cancel the order. For those paying by credit or debit card we do not take any money for orders placed until the day your order is picked and dispatched from our warehouse. We must receive payment for the goods in full before they are dispatched.

Offers and promotions on the website are subject to availability and we may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall oblige us to maintain offers or promotions for any period. Additional terms may apply, details of which will be displayed.

We accept payment via PayPal and most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. You must only use a card if you are the named cardholder. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation and security checks as well as authorisation by the card issuer and any additional terms imposed by the issuer. If the issuer does not authorise payment, we will not accept your order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

OUT OF STOCK & BACK ORDERED ITEMS

While we make every effort to accurately reflect our stock levels on our website, there are times between uploads of information where there may be a delay in adjusting the figures. This could result in an item ordered being out of stock. You can place an order for an item listed on the website as out of stock. In either of these cases our customer service team will contact you immediately to inform you of the expected re-stocking date and an estimated delivery date for the customer. No funds will be taken for any items held on back order. By keeping open an order, for a back ordered item, it means that you are first in the allocation of new stock when available. We will keep you informed on a regular basis as to the status of your order.

INCORRECT, UNWANTED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We have a dedicated returns and customer service teams so that any items returned, for whatever reason, will be dealt with in the shortest possible time with the least inconvenience to the customer.

PRIVACY PROMISE

We are very sensitive to our customers privacy and adhere to guidelines set out in the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass email information to a third party. We will only supply your telephone number to a known and trusted supplier with your prior agreement, only for cases where this was needed, like to assist couriers in the delivery of your order or for input of a more technical nature than we could provide.

This website and its owners use any information submitted to provide you with further information about the products / services they offer or to assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have submitted. This includes using your details to subscribe you to any email newsletter program the website operates but only if this was made clear to you and your express permission was granted when submitting any form to email process. Or whereby you the consumer have previously purchased from or enquired about purchasing from the company a product or service that the email newsletter relates to. This is by no means an entire list of your user rights in regard to receiving email marketing material.
